Ingredients:
1 jar of Manuka honey
1 jar of Kiawe honey
1 jar of Rewarewa honey
1 jar of Kumarahou honey
1 jar of Clover honey
1 jar of Leatherwood honey
Fresh kiwi fruits
Sliced feijoas
Sliced peaches
Sliced nectarines
Dried apricots
Walnuts
Almonds
Instructions:
Select a large platter or serving board.
Arrange the six jars of honey in a row at one end of the platter.
Place a small spoon next to each jar of honey.
Arrange the fresh kiwi fruits, sliced feijoas, peaches, and nectarines on one side of the platter.
Place the dried apricots on the other side of the platter.
Sprinkle the walnuts and almonds on the platter, around the honey and fruit.
Serve with crackers, bread, or crostini for guests to enjoy with the honey and fruit.
