Ingredients:
2 lb of beef sirloin or flank steak
2 lb of pork loin
2 lb of chicken breast
2 lb of chorizo or other sausage
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chimichurri sauce, for serving
Rice and beans, for serving
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Place the beef, pork, chicken, and sausage in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the meats. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Remove the meats from the marinade and grill them for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
Serve the churrasco with chimichurri sauce, rice, and beans.
