Ingredients:
2 cups of tapioca flour
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of grated Queijo Minas (Minas Gerais cheese)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour, milk, oil, eggs, salt, and grated Queijo Minas. Mix until well combined.
Form small balls out of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
