Ingredients:
1 lb beef, chicken or lamb, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup ground peanuts
1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp bouillon powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the ground peanuts, cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, bouillon powder, and vegetable oil to make a marinade.
Thread the meat onto skewers, and then brush the marinade over the meat.
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove from the grill and serve with a sprinkle of additional salt and a squeeze of lime if desired.
