Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.
Grill the kebabs over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve with polo, grilled tomatoes and onions, and a variety of herbs and spices.
