Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
2 cups tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the water, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, allspice, cocoa powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve the spaghetti topped with the chili sauce, diced onion and shredded cheddar cheese.
