Ingredients:
4 cups of steamed white rice
1 cup of thinly sliced beef, marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic
1 cup of thinly sliced mushrooms
1 cup of thinly sliced carrots
1 cup of thinly sliced cucumber
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 cup of thinly sliced zucchini
4 eggs, fried or poached
1/4 cup of gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste)
1/4 cup of sesame oil
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onions
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the gochujang, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Cook the marinated beef, mushrooms, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and zucchini in batches, until slightly cooked.
In four separate bowls, divide the steamed rice equally.
Arrange the cooked beef, mushrooms, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and zucchini on top of the rice, creating a colorful and visually pleasing presentation.
Place a fried or poached egg on top of each bowl.
Drizzle the sauce over the top of each bowl, and garnish with green onions.
Mix everything together before eating.
