Ingredients:
1 cup of green tea leaves
3 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of powdered ginger
Instructions
In a medium-sized pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
Add the green tea leaves and let them steep for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sugar, mint leaves, lemon juice, and powdered ginger. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer into a serving pitcher.
Serve the tea over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
