Ingredients:
1 cup vermicelli noodles
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon rose water
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook the vermicelli noodles over medium heat until they are soft and translucent.
Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
In a separate saucepan, bring the sugar, lime juice, and water to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let the syrup simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles and syrup together until the noodles are well coated.
Add the rose water to the bowl and mix well.
Place the noodles in a serving bowl or glasses, and top with the crushed ice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
